Hygiene and safety are our top priorities.

Merchandise
Unused merchandise can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided it is undamaged and in its original packaging.

Exclusive items & lingerie
For hygienic and personal reasons, lingerie, underwear and exclusive items cannot be returned or exchanged.
This also applies when the packaging has been opened.

Damaged or incorrect delivery
Did an item arrive damaged or incorrectly delivered? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number.
